Peg is recognized by the Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher.
She has trained primarily in the Vinyasa style of yoga  with Kimberly
Wilson of Tranquil Space,  Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Johnny Kest, Simon
Park, Darren John Main, Doug Swenson, Sarah Powers and others.

She has also studied meditation with Harshada Wagner.
Her students remark that her classes are
challenging, nurturing, soulful and spiritual.

Certified by the Lotus Palm School of Thai Massage,  
Peg offers 90 minute bodywork sessions.

The lotus flower symbolizes purity, love and compassion.  
The lotus seed germinates in the mud in the depths of our earthly existence.  
The stem makes it journey, guided by the light up through the
murky water and eventually a beautiful blossom opens on the surface.  

Yoga is a practice that purifies mind, body and spirit so that
we might blossom into our true nature, pure and real.

Peg is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LCSW). She works with groups and individuals to help people to
gain insight and awareness of issues blocking their growth. For more than 20 years, she has worked as a counselor,
teacher and consultant helping people to transform their lives by examining their personal values, awakening their
courage to face challenges, and addressing issues holding them back. Peg has a powerful sense of balance
and calm that helps people relax and express themselves.

and spiritual healing and transformation.
